We want to upgrade cisco Unity on MCS-7825H-3.0-ECS2 server. It has two HDDs installed with RAID1 configured but does not support hot-swap. Before upgrade, I will pull one HDD for back-out plan and leave one HDD for upgrading.
My question, when fished unity upgrade, and power down, insert the 2nd HDD which was for back-out plan to the server, the unity server will use which HDD as the booting image? the upgraded HDD or the old HDD? how can I make sure when the server boots, the server keeps the upgraded information instead of the old one?
It has ACU utility although.
Is there any procedure for those two HDDs synchronization for those not hot-swapeable servers?
