We have a full implementation of Meeting Place which consist of 8112's running in shadow configuration with a total of 480 ports. The issue I am see is that we have some reports of users calling into the pilot number but are routed to the operator rather than reaching the system. It acts almost as if there is a system limitation to how many calls per second/minute the system can accept. Not sure if anyone has any feedback or ever experience anything similar to this. The majority of the calls come PSTN but we have had this report for calls coming over the WAN also. Any Thoughts?
