Meeting Place Express Cannot access the application page

I cannot access the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express version 1.1 application webpage.

Before that i can access the CUMPE application page by just typing the ip address(i.e: http://172.16.1.1) of an application but now i have to use the port 8080 along with the ip address of Meeting Place Express(i.e: http://172.16.1.1:8080). I have not made any change in the Meeting Place Express Server 1.1.

When i reboot the Meeting Place Express Server it works but after sometimes, again we have to use the port 8080 with ip address. Is it a bug with this version or some other problem.Could any body tell me how to resolve this issue.

I read in the troubleshooting guide of Meeting Place Express 1.2 that there is some SSL Certificate or Key issue. but if it is a certificate or Key issue then how it is resolving by just rebooting the MPE Server.
