Is there a way to setup MeetingPlace/MeetingTime to use adjust time to users local timezone automatically?
For example a user travels from California to Europe (change = +8 hours) and they update the clock in their laptop either via NTP or manually. when they use the mail client or web MP it shows their home timezone and they are missing meetings.
MeetingPlace stored all Meeeting internally in GMT time and display the meeting according to the timezone set in the user profile.
So when you sign in using MeetingTime or Web, it will still display according to the timezone of the user that sign into the system.
The short answer is, sorry, I do not know of a way to make it works the way you would like it to.
However, if you schdule a MeetingPlace meeting with an Outlook notification that populate the outlook calendar. When you change the laptop time zone, the calender event will be in the right time, and the meetingplace tab will still be there for you to attend the meeting.
