Hi,
We have recently received a copy of MeetingPlace Express 1.1 and I installed it on an MCS 7825H 3.0. The install goes through without a problem and the machine reboots. The problem I am having is that the fans are on high and will not slow down once Red Hat boots up. I upgraded to MeetingPlace 1.2 and this does not help. I am able to put CallManager 4.1 on this same machine and the fans will slow down once the OS starts to boot. Has anyone run into this problem before?

I see a reply from HP about a similar issue as follows:
Thank you for contacting HP eServices.This is with reference to your e-mail regarding the fan noise.
The serial number provided (M02DLJHF22), indicates that your server is a MCS-7825H-3.0-ECS1 74-3189-02 US.
To make the fans spin at an optimal rate, we suggest that you install the ProLiant Support Pack. The pack contains the health drivers that will help the fans spin at an optimal rate instead of their maximum speed:

We suggest that you update the system ROMPaq firmware from the URL below:

I only installed the Support Pack and it worked, the fans are now at normal speed. I will try the firmware upgrade later. Thaks for the help!
