MeetingPlace Express 2.1.1(2)HF34 SMA with LDAP syncronization issue
Context: CUCM 7.1(3)a + CUMPE 2.1.1(2) SMA with LDAP syncronization / authentication.
After applying a TAC provided ES/Hotfix 34 on a CUMPE 2.1.1(2) system (SMA) I found that I had to remove accounts on the "inside" server that had been present prior to the upgrade and get users to login back in to get the account to re-syncronize from LDAP so that the SMA server would recognize the account.
Has anyone found that applying a patch or a hotfix to a CUMPE 2.x SMA server reset it's users? Admin/guest were the only valid logins from the SMA server while the inside server was still solid.
If you did, were you able to find a better way to import users back into the SMA server?
