We have the following two problems with one of our customers who has MPE 2.1.1 with Exchange 2007:
1. If creating the conference from MPE web interface the invitees (both internal and external) do not receive the invite message at all.
2. Having created a meeting using Outlook it will send an invite notification however if the organiser then cancels the meeting it will not send out the cancellation emails. There is an error message from Microsoft Forms âTo help prevent malicious code from running one or more objects in this form were not loadedâ when you click ok it just says âmeeting cancelled but emails not sent.â It also did not delete it from the calendar.
In both cases above the messages seem to stay queued, and can be seen waiting to go in MPE Reports.
Also one question as well. Is there any way to change / re-record the initial MPE greeting which everybody hears when dialling into MPE?
Any ideas about mentioned above will be greatly appreciated!
