Hi Keith -

- The mailbox maintenance interval is how often the Microsoft Exchange Server cleans up the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express-dedicated e-mail account. The default is 7 days. This is the value we use. The messages in the inbox are Meeting invitations, accepted meeting invitations, declined meeting invitations etc.

- The mailbox maintenance cutover is the number of days that notifications are stored in the Microsoft Exchange Server. The default is 14 days. This is the value we use.

- For monitoring, you can add the mpexpress (our naming convention) mailbox to your Outlook profile and check it routinely. You should see it get cleaned out after your selected maintenance interval.
