MeetingPlace Express DSP Resources

I'm new to MPX and have a question on it's basic functionality. Cisco lists the capacity for conferences being up to 200 users. Are the DSP resources local to the MPX server (in software I assume) or would I need to integrate with DSPs on an ISR, or both?

Hi Mike,

This is one of the nice things about Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express deployments, in that no separate DSP-based media processing is required.

PS: Were you aware that MPX has been EoL'd

Thanks Rob. That's what I was hoping. I must have heard that MPX was EoL because that sounds familiar. I read the EoL announcement and I'm happy to see that WebEx functionality will be in Unified MeetingPlace 8. Very cool.
