Meetingplace Express problems initiating a teleconference
I have a problems with meetingplace express 18.104.22.168. Everytime my users want to initiate a teleconference with option "Initiate without reserved" the teleconference is initiated but after some seconds, 1 min or 2 we got the following message "The teleconference has ended" even though the teleconference is schedule for 2 hrs.

Is it possible the users are hanging up after initiating the conference? I have seen this occur when users had a meeting scheduled for two hours and went to break, everyone hanging up and assumed the meeting would still be available when they called back in. I recommend using MPE's In session monitoring to view what is happening in test - have them schedule a test conference and you monitor in MPE the users logged in.
