MeetingPlace Express SIP outdial issue

Hi!

Testing now the MPExpress 2.0 at our office. Using it on vmware. So webconferencing works fine. Today started to integrate with our CCM 4 through SIP trunk. Got working all the incoming calls, welcome texts and so on. Nice. But cannot dial out of the MPExpress server. Started to troubleshoot as said in the docwiki http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_Express%2C_Release_2.x_--_Troubleshooting_Telephone_Issues

got the eventlog rows, but the first row already shows a bad thing, I think :)

So the log:

In the troubleshoot manual the first line shows a nice MeetingPlace outdial.

Any ideas?

maby something with the SIP trunk?

Done!

Calling search space was wrong in CCM's SIP trunk configuration.

Hi,

did you check the incoming calling search space on the SIP trunk. It should be a css that has your phones in.

I had an other problem, had the guest account disabled and the system did not call users. Enabled guest acoount, and then it worked ;)

greetings, Ingo

edit: noticed your answer to late ... so it was the css

You didn't noticed that I already figured it out with the css. :)

So, but do You have video working?

Is this correct, that video is not working if i'm using ccm 4.x?

Hi,

sorry, i haveno Video here (so fare). But i never heard or read that it does not work with CCM 4. Maybe a licence issue on the meetingplace server?!

Greetings, Ingo
