Meetingplace Outlook Plugin error "The person you schedule on behalf of doesn't have a profile."

Hi,

I have meeting place express 8.5.2 with webserver.  I have installed meeting place outlook plugin and integrated.

When  i am scheduling any meeting it is giving error "  The Person you schedle on behalf of doesnot have a profiel."

My meeting place app server is AD integrated.  User login in meeting place is sr77189  and email is JSR_krish@****.com.   Outlook email is alias is JSR_krish

It seems a bug in 8.0.1 but i am not sure why i am facing this issue in 8.5.

You might be hitting this bug CSCtt14588.  Use the workaround given in the bug details.

Thanks for the reply, the simple answer was upgrading from 8.5.2 to 8.5.4 where they fixed this bug with aliases that don't match email addresses failing to schedule meetings.  Just in case it helps anyone else.
