Is it possible to set up a meetingplace and not have to have the record name annoucement? The end goal is to dial into meetingplace, and be in the conference no recording names, no welcome to meetingplace reordings.
Yes, this is possible. You can set up a meeting to have no announcement, play a beep on entry/exit, or announce the name. As a user you can establish this when they schedule a meeting. They can also change this setting in their meeting preferences which would apply to future scheduled and reservationless meetings.
