Message Monitor question ... (paging J. Lindborg)

Looking for some help with Message Monitor on a Unity 4.2(1) system. I believe I've configured everything from the user with the devices associated to configuring the UnityCTISetup properly.

I'm receiving the "No CTI associated with 2333. If unexpected ......" error message on the Port Status Monitor.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this resolved?

Nevermind ... it's working now! I think it had to wait for the 2 hour devicelistx.asp lookup.

Hi,

I am getting below error message.

"MsgMonitor-- No CTI device associated with 3005. If unexpected verify that Call Manager reports the device."

How did you make it work.

Please find attached error message.

It just started working about 2 hours later. I don't know if there is a timer or database that needed time to populate? How long have you been getting that error message?

I restarted unity so many times.

CDE,21,MsgMonitor -- No CTI device associated with 3001. If unexpected verify that Call Manager reports the device with an IP Address that responds to HTTP browser requests. Device status is cached and updated by a configurable time interval that may span several hours or more. For an immediate update restart the server.
