When a call comes into vm and it pops up on the phone the "take" and "monitor" buttons do not work and result in hanging up on the person leaving them message. This worked fine until we upgraded to CM 7
I'm wondering if you need to change your CUCM integration in Unity UTIM? The document does reference checking that and includes steps to take to diagnose specific errors. Also thinking there might have been a change in the CUCM Application user for Phone View?
