If I have the Playback Settings set to play Sender's Information before playing each message, I get the sender's name if it is an internal caller (which is what I want), but I get a robotic voice saying " from Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System" if it is an external caller. Is it possible to not provide sender information for external calls, only provide it for internal calls? I checked my old Unity 4 system and that is what it does. I'd like the same on the new Unity Connection 8.0(3a) system. Any ideas?
