I'm running Unity 7.0(2) and have an issue with one mailbox where a message appears to be "stuck" for lack of a better term. There are no unread voicemails in the recipient's Exchange inbox and when you dial in to check the voicemail it says there are no new messages. The MWI light stays on and I ran a report in Message Store Manager on the user and the VOICEUNREADCOUNT says there is 1 unread/unheard voicemail. Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated.
When in doubt, reboot or restart the Unity services. Or run DBwalker. It might be simply stuck in the SQL DB and mis-reporting. You could also look in the subscribers folder on Unity. If there are any .wav messages, move them out, wait and see if it syncs back up correctly.
