I spoke with our Notes Admin and he indicated that the setting is not on Domino. The Return receipt is sent to the voicemail box of the sender of a voicemail box indicating the Unity user has received and or open the voicemail left. The Notes Admin is positive the setting would be in Unity.
Did you read that? I hate to tell your Notes Admin, but having worked with Unity and Notes, it's how Notes classifies receipts and the voicemail email messages, and it really is a Notes setting.
Get Domino Designer on your computer, open up the nsf template described in that thread, and you'll see that your Notes admin isn't correct; it's a setting in the template that tells message types where to go. You can't control it via Unity at all.
