message waiting notification not working [time zone problem]

Hi,

My system is running on different time zone(+3), and my user is on differnt time zone(+5).So when i set MWN for the user, hes getting the notification based on the system time, he wants it based on user time zone.

Can some one help me out.

You can set the timezone per user in web admin on the subscriber profile page (Unity web admin -> Subscribers -> Profile). You can also create a subscriber template with the proper timezone and use it when creating new users in this timezone.

Hi thanks for your reply. Other thing i wanted to know is, If im setting the work schedule for the user, which time will take effect.

USER's time Zone or System's TimeZone.?

Because i saw some problem there when i tested the call; there is no notification going out when im in user's time zone. When time matches the system time zone, it will send out a notification mail.
