1. make sure the user is enabled for "CTI application use" and "cti super provider".
2. The message monitor configuration tool does not check to make sure the password you entered is correct (for either the CTI access or deviceListX)...you might want to try setting this password again in the config tool.
3. If you haven't looked at the TOI, you should try that. There is a section about setup and logging.
