I'm running Unity 4.04 and have a user who all of the sudden has 100 new messages. She goes in and starts deleting them out but they come back. Is there a way I can manually delete them? I'm running VM only.

In a pinch, you can use outlook express or outlook web access (OWA - http://servername/exchange/alias ). More importantly,
I would find out where those messages are coming from. I suspect that she is a member of a distribution list for a callhandler.

Ok I'm trying the OWA. I get prompted for the username, password, and domain. I'm not sure what to put in for the username. I tried the alias and the extension with no luck. Also is the password the VM password?

The username is the alias, the password is the AD password for the user, which in voice only Unity integration is not used by the user and should be what you setup during the installation.

What do you mean setup during the installation? Can I go into AD and reset it?
