MGCP Gateway doesn't register when layer 1 deactivated
Hello, I'm from Bosnia, and here BRI Layer 1 gets deactivated when there is no active calls (point-to-multipoint). I can activate it with call, from outside. Problem is that CUCM 4 wan't route call on that gateway from inside because it's unregistered, even it's fully functional. Besides, asking Telco to provide point-to-point ISDN, is there any way to force call from inside through this gateway? Router c2801, C2801-ADVENTERPRISEK9 12.4(11)T. Thank you.
