MICROSOFT COMPATIBILITY

Hello,

We have a customer with Domain Controllers in Windows 2008 (with Windows 2003 native functionality level) and Microsoft Exchange 2010.

We need to know if this Microsoft infrastructure is compatible with:

Cisco Presence 8.0
Cisco Mobility 7.0
Cisco Meeting Place 8.0

If not, is any compatible Cisco version of these products?

Presence does not support Exchange 2010 which will prevent you from performing a calendaring integration. Otherwise I believe you're OK.

We expect presence 8.5 to support Exchange 2010 but I cannot promise that. The product has not been released yet.

Thank you Jonathan, do you have if Cisco has planned a date for the 8.5 Launching? (any aproximation at least?)

And about MeetingPlace... the same answer?

Cisco legal told everyone to stop talking about FCS dates. Common expectations are within the next few months but it could slip.

MeetingPlace 8 just uses SMTP to Exchange so the version shouldn't matter there.
