Microsoft Dynamics CRM with CUCM

Dear Team,

I have a requirement to connect MS Dynamics CRM with CUCM. Is there any guideline or document on how to enable integration between these two endity?

My CUCM version is : 11.5

There is not a Cisco pre-canned integration between CUCM and any CRM app. The closest would be the TSP client if your app supports Windows TAPI. If your app doesn't leverage traditional TAPI or if you want a server side integration you would need to look at ecosystem partner connectors. One word of caution: you have to update the TSP client every time you update CUCM. At scale this could be a challenge.
