Microsoft Licensing in UCCX 7.0

Hi all,

Microsoft made a audit to ours systems and now tell us that we must pay licensing for OS and Database from UCCX (windows server 2003 and ms sql server). Someone can help to find information about cisco licensing for this product?

If all is Cisco (hardware and software), it is difficult to me to understand why shall I pay something to microsoft, all support are deliver by Cisco.

You already paid for that when you purchased UCCX as that cost was negotiated between MSFT and Cisco and built into the product.  There is no need to pay more. Tell the MSFT auditor to do his homework before making such statements.
