Hello,
I want to migrate from Call Manager Express to Call Manager 5.
I don't need to change the ephone-dn and each ephone's extension.
Question :
Is it possible to copy (export) the ephone-dn and ephones that are in the CME to place them into the Call Manager?
If possible how to do it?

Try CME as h.323 gateway and add it to CCM, then ADD dial-peer on both sides.

I don't believe there is a tool to go directly from CME to UCM. Your best bet is to export the lines of code into a spreadsheet that you can begin to groom and organize. Then set up a BAT spreadsheet using the excel template and move your data in to it and import it.
