Minor issue after 4.0(3) upgrade

Just upgraded to 4.0(3) with SR1. I am trying to configure the Event Monitoring Service and the screen will look as if it accepts entries and does not save them. Any ideas? It is like it is read only. The CsEmsSvc is running and has the same account as AvCsMgr as the manual states.

It is very likely that the EMSDB.MDB file is read-only. Check the \Commserver\Utilities\Event Monitoring Service\Database\EMSDB.MDB file.
