I'm trying to collect QoS data for my calls. I set up everything according to Cisco's documentation, but when I look at the Detailed Reports in CAR, I always get "NA" QoS from the gateway side. When exporting CMR as a csv file, the fields are empty.
The data from the IP phones is populated, but not from the gateway side... Cisco doc doesn't really say if only some gateway protocol support this feature, my gateways use H.323 and SIP. Phones use SCCP.
Does anyone know?
Have others faced this issue?
