I'm setting up mobile connect for a customer on CUCM 6.1 and I'm having some issues when handing the call off between cell phone back to desk.
When the remote cell phone ends the call the calling party gets a message that the remote end has hung up. This message is repeated 4 times, then the call is returned to the desk phone to where I can then resume the call and continue the voice conversation.
What is the procedure for handing off the call from the cell phone back to the users desk phone?
Should the end user get the message that the remote end has hung up before being returned to the desk phone?
The mobile connect is working perfectly, except for the handing off of the voice stream from the cell phone to the desk phone.
