I have got Mobile Voice Access setup via a MGCP gateway. It works fine but the only issue is when I dial in from the PSTN it says "Welcome to Unified Communication System" and thats it. It will not ask you to enter pin or press 1 to make a call. As an engineer I know what to do and I enter the pin, press 1 followed by the number to dial and the calls reaches the destination.
The only problem is when the end user need to use this application he will not know what to do after he hear the promt "Welcome to Unified Communication System". Am I missing any files / IVR on the router ?
