<p>I need some really good inputs regarding the CUMA configuration. I am using the version 3.1.2.</p>

<p>Installation was fine. After that I logged in and succesfully did the First step. SSL certificate uploaded.</p>

<p>Then we come to Enterprise Config, I am stucked up in that.</p>

<p>When it comes to ""Corporate Directory Configuration - Active Directory""", I am really confused with the Base DN syntax. In the doc it says ""DC=department,DC=example,DC=com"", I tried that....But no success...Please guide me for the configuration.</p>

well, you need to talk to your Active Directory person. They will give you the correct context to us.

For example"

What you have listed is:

Example.com (active directory)

OU= Department

(all users in this OU will be listed)

You need to take a look at your AD and see what the LDAP context is to us. Every AD is different.
