I have a problem with the software MOH on a CallManager server that is not registering. I have tried to stop and start the ?Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App? under services which should automatically create this. No success. Customer is rebooting server tonight to see if we get any further.
You should change the trace level to Detailed, Reset the MoH Server and review the traces. That should give you some info. Also, one more thing you can try to do is Disabled IP Voice Media Streaming App and Enabling it again. This should be done if you are not using Software Conference Bridge and Software MTP on that server. If you are using either of the above two, do this during off production hours
