I have a customer who has the following requirement:
1. More often what is happeining that customer is facing call drop and jitter issue in voice calls , Customer wants to monitor that whether the problem is because of the link or because of the call manager ( For both VoIP and PSTN Calls).Is there any feature on cisco ios or call manager that can help in isolating the issue.
2. Customer requirement is to monitor the PRI link for PSTN and WAN link for jitter,delay etc will the IP sla helpful for the same.
3. We have implemented the Priority queueing as customer is using the 6500 chassis with PFC , for implementing LLQ and extended Qos what else needs to be used.
