We have to replace the Unity box because the Web/Sa page is no longer accessible. Is there a way to transfer the configuration from current box to a new box.

Thanks.

Hi,

Here's a resolution for the web page problem that might help you.

I've also attached a link at the bottom of the page explaining the full backup and restore procedure for Unity 4.0(1) - 4.0(3). Maintenance Guides for the other version are available, you may need to search on Cisco.

Restoring Web Pages on Unity 3.x and 4.x Systems

To manually restore SA, AA, and Status Monitor pages on a Cisco Unity 3.x or 4.x system, perform these steps:

From Cisco Unity Disc 1 or the DVD for Unity 4.x, copy the \Web directory to the \CommServer\Web directory on the Cisco Unity server.

In the Confirm Folder Replace window, click Yes to All.

For US English, from Cisco Unity Disc 1 or the DVD for Unity 4.x, copy the \Localize\Web\LocalizationFiles\ENU directory to the \CommServerWeb\LocalizationFiles\ENU directory on the Cisco Unity server.

In the Confirm Folder Replace window, click Yes to All.

For each additional language, locate the Cisco Unity disc on which the language files are stored. Repeat Steps 3 and 4
