Moving Greetings to New Server (no migration)

Hi,

We are going to be moving our subscribers from our existing 4.0(5) server to a fresh 5.0(1)install. Is there a way I can move the subscriber names and greetings and make it seemless to the subscribers? I have the password already.

You will need to upgrade 4.05 to 5.0(1), then run DIRT to export it all, and DIRT to import it back. This is the only way to preserve all this.

A tricky way, and if you have alot of time, you can go to each subscriber profile, save the .wav file of their greeting, recorded name, etc to disk, copy them to the new server in copy them back to each profile. If you have only 10-20 users, it works ok, takes a little time, but not bad.

I would like to do an in place upgrade on the old server first, but it falls way short of the hardware requirments for 5.0(1). We have over 600 users, so I was hoping to find a way to avoid going to each profile. I will pull off the important ones and have everyone else re-record.
