MPE, Wrong Request

Recently we have begun to receive the following error message from Meeting Place Express - "Sorry, MPE does not understand your request" after attempting a logon. If we then click on Schedule, we are prompted with the input screen for scheduling a meeting. If we we click on Log In, we can enter the login information a second time, it works fine. Any idea on what is causing this and how to resolve?

Re: MPE, Wrong Request

Hi,

This may be the result of an incorrect link or bookmarking of your MeetingPlace Express web page. Try changing your bookmarks to just http(s)://.com/ instead of something like http(s):///public/login/login.jsf or http:///user/attendMeetings.jsf?redirected=login.

Otherwise you may want to try clearing your browser cache.
