Is anyone using MS Communicator? And if you are? How is it possible to select a name and dial the person directly and make it ring the person's phone. How can I integrate MS Communicator with my IP system.

The OCS server must have a SIP connection to Presence server or to a Cisco SIP enabled gateway for call routing.
