I recorded a personnalized Welcome Message for user. When I call this user and when the call is forwarded to VM, I don't hear the user personnalized Message Prompt but just the standard Message (Welcome to Microsoft Exchange...) that prompts me to enter my code or if it's not my mailbox to enter my extension... Is this behaviour normal or did I make a configuration mistake?
Do Exchange 2007 and Unity behave similarly when a call is not ansewered and forwarded to the UM ?
