Is there a way to disable the press 1 to disable part of the unity message played when phone notification goes out? Anyway to skip over the greeting and get right to message?

no and no. Both are legal issues I'm afraid. If you fat-finger your notification number an end user _must_ be able to make the system stop calling them. This is required in a number of places in the world to offer outbound notifications of any kind. As such that can't be turned off.
And skipping that whole thing and jumping right to the messages is not an option for the same reason, on top of which it'd be a massive security hole if we just dialed a number and started playing messages without requiring authentication of any kind.

yes, it should be possible. (if you want to disable notification for 24 hours ), this can be done by changing the DB variable.
Well, it shud be, !! not sure abt that.. Thats how the system should be designed.
