Using Lotus Domino with Unified Messaging, how do you set it up so multiple telephone extensions route voicemail to the same user e-mail account? Probably an easy answer, but I'm still becoming familiar with the admin. process. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In Unity, create your "one mailbox"
Then in the "alternate Extensions" add the other phones in you want to use this mailbox.
What will happen, when each of the subscribers phone rings 4 times, it will roll to Unity and unity will see in the Alternate extensions their number and play that greeting, record to that mailbox.
Not sure in Lotus Notes how it works with a shared mailbox, but in Outlook, a user can have access to another mailbox through AD. (read only only, etc in the Exchange Advance permissions)
hope this helps

You may also wish to configure additional extensions to receive MWI. That is a separate process, but keeps each of the phones up to date as to the presence of voice mail in the shared box.
This is done within Unity SA. Click the Messages link from the shared Subscriber page. The option to add MWI exentions is at the bottom.
