I'm working with a client and we just added a line specifically for AC to their reception phone. Previously the receptionist had a single extension for both direct calls and AC calls. Anyway after the second line was added to her phone active calls satarted being listed twice in her console. Is this expected behavior? Is there a way to force it to show only one listing for each call?
