So - From what I understand before I came on board our marketing guy made wave files for our on hold music. These are in a 512k bitrate format and they sound pretty clear for on hold music. I want to get rid of these and go back to the "canned" cisco on hold music that came with the system and I noticed that these are in a 256k bitrate format. When I select one of those, the on hold music sounds like it has static in it. I'm assuming there's a setting somewhere to change this? Not quite sure where to go from here.
