MWI doesn't work in while in failover mode

We just installed and a brand new instance of 4.2(1) Voice Messaging with Failover. The MWI doesn't work in failover mode. New messages can be retrieved as well as old messages. While in failover mode, the subscriber's account shows the MWI status as "MWI Request Pending On". Something is preventing Unity from completing this task. We never see any of the ports designated for MWI attempt to dial the MWI extension using port status monitor. It never makes it to the port, in other words. Anyone have an idea of what to check?

Check that the integration IDs found in UTIM match up between your two servers. For example, your subscribers could be associated with switch 1, which works fine on the primary server, but then there is no switch 1 on the secondary server.

Thanks Eric! That did the trick. Primary server had integration ID of 0 and the secondary server had integration ID 1. I changed the secondardy server to match the primary and the MWI is working fine now.
