MWI lights staying on

we did an upgrade to unity 5.0 a couple of weeks ago. The only problem we seem to have is the mwi lights stay on or don't come on when users receive vm. We've resynced the lights a couple of times already. Is there anything else we should try?

this is not working for me yet but I have talked to cisco and other customers are working

Will this work if I'm running exchange 2007 on windows server 2003?

Yes you can run e2k7 on a win 2003 server.

the issue might not be fixed though I am not sure.

I think it all has to be 64 bit too.

Im asking if this patch will fix the issue on a windows 2003 server running exchange 2003. It looks like its only for exchange 2007 running on windows server 2003 or 2008.
