16 voice ports to integrate the CME to Unity and enabled last two ports as MWI dialout.
couple times a week occuring MWI looping which checked via Unity 'Port monitor' and this prevents MWI update for all ephones. the extension MWI dialing are ephone or VM only users. resolve the situation by restart Unity server.
Is this happen if have a new voice mail for the VM only users or ephone which 'not registered' to CME at the moment MWI dialing?
