MWI stopped working until DialOut MWI disabled on port and re-enabled
Have Unity 4.0(4)SR1 and TSP 8.1(2) with a CCM and PIMG integration (4 PIMGs). PIMG is set for in-band with port memory.
MWI stopped working for everyone. Port status monitor and tool showed no dialout MWI attempts at all and messages page on subscriber said MWI Request failed.
We disabled Dialout MWI on the PIMG ports set for dialout (port 8 on each PIMG) and MWI started working again for CCM users. We then re-enabled Dialout MWI on the PIMG ports and MWI continued to work for both PIMG and CCM users.
