My question: where can we configure this waiting tone (switch on/off)

When performing an ‘consultative transfer’, a waiting tone is on the first call while EXT.B pushes the ‘transfer’ button.

My question: where can we configure this waiting tone (switch on/off)

Second question: when this parameter is changed, is this a generic parameter (so it will impact all extensions) or is it a parameter that can be set for every ext/dn?

When you do that, you get MOH, so that's TOH, you can modify how long it is between tones, and it affects everyone who has TOH.

There's documentation on CCO on how to do this or how to use a blank MOH instead.
