script like below;
When call comes to script (with welcome promt)
pres 2 for sales (if pres 2 ı will forward that call forexample ext 2001)
pres 3 for support (if pres 3 ı will forward that call forexample ext 3001)
pres 4 for operation (if pres 4 ı will forward that call forexample ext 4001)
pres 5 for x (if pres 5 ı will forward that call forexample ext 5001)
pres 6 for y (if pres 6 ı will forward that call forexample ext 6001)
if wait or press 0 I will forward to operator (1513)
