Need help configuring BE6K so Jabber will work externally

We recently installed a BE6K bundle in our office and when the person set it up they did a poor job and used IP's and internal domains instead of anything that will resolve externally.

Are there any good guides or suggestions for what and/or where in the servers i need to configure valid FQDN's so that my Jabber will function without a VPN?

I already created 3 NAT's for the CUCM, Unity & IM/Presence servers.

But i have a feeling its not working due to the integration between the servers relying on internal FQDNs and IP addresses instead of useable external addresses.

If attaching anything here, like configs would help, let me know and i will do so.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Using NAT and exposing CUCM

Using NAT and exposing CUCM to the outside world is not the correct way to get Jabber working without VPN. You have to set up Expressway C/E to get this going.
