Hi. I have integrated CCM 4.2 with unity Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(2)
I have configured every think in the CCM end and unity end. But I have created mail box aswell and configured to go to voice mail after no answer.But after five rings it gives an message the call can not be completed as dialed. what could be reason. is there any other configuration has to be done in unity end like call handler etc...if any documents for unity integaration pls send it so that i can verify.

Could you please check if the voice ports are registered. From Unity server, CCM Integeration manager, can you ping the CCM Server and also MWI is working on phones or not.
